Our range of Beginners to Advanced Bushcraft courses focus on harmonising with nature and learning the vital skills towards self sufficency. The opportunity to engage with your natural surroundings and to identify new ways of opening your eyes to the world around you is a an empowering experience.

We have open course dates that are shown below - individuals and small groups can book onto these dates by calling 01622 870822. If you have a group of 4 or more and would like to make a private booking then we can be more flexible with dates - just give us a call.

Introductory Bushcraft Experience - 24Hours - Minimum Number 8. Book your place before  they sell out!

Our 24 hour bushcraft challenge programme includes the opportunity to learn the key elements of wilderness living. Including building shelters, fires, sourcing food and water, cooking methods and tracking. You will sleep in your own shelters and the course is only suitable for over 14's - all under 18's to be accompanied by a paying adult.10am to 10am

Advanced Bushcraft Experience - 4 Days - £350 April 5th-8th 2013 - Call 01622 870822 to book.

Led by Garon Hawkes, and Geoffrey McMullan this course incorporates advanced theory and practical skills development across a range of Bushcraft themes, the combined value of these courses is £480 and this offers a fantastic opportunity to be guided through your bushcraft journey by three experts in the field.

Tracking - Lifting the Veil - led by Geoff McMullan of Natural Therapy.

"The first track you find and follow, will change the way you see the world around you forever" Beginners tracking course, methodically learning the basic tracking techniques using practical and theoretical methods. Have an insight  into the mindset of how a tracker thinks and works.

Natural Harmonisation - led by Garon Hawkes, Treejumpers

Take a spiritual journey and learn to work in synergy with nature, including a number of techniques such as concentric alarm calls and "finding your tree" - these skills will be sure to enhance any nature walk that you take in the future.

FlintKnapping -

You will be guided through the Tool Making process - learning the basic art and understanding of Flint Knapping and how to make a range of prehistoric tools from arrowheads to axe heads.

Celebration of the Kill -  The processing of Large Game (Deer)

We will teach you how to check the deer was in good health at its time of death. We then look at the butchery, locating the different cuts of meat. This will then be cooked in various ways such as earth ovens, spit roasting, Drying jerky etc. So that on Saturday evening we can feast upon this prize meat.

Family Bushcraft Experience - 10-3pm

Our family Bush craft days are a great way to spend the day together, learn new skills and make the most of your natural surroundings - you will pick up some great ideas and tips that can enrich your next walk through a woodland or country park. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Group Adventures for Children age 5+

If you are looking to arrange a bushcraft experience as a birthday treat for 4 or more children you can book a child friendly experience including Shelter Building, Fire Making and Cooking Bread Twists. 10-3pm £24.99 per child.
